چکیده
Huumorilla on monia positiivisia vaikutuksia sekä yksilöön että yhteisöön. Yhteisöön kuuluminen ihmisen keskeisiä tarpeita, ja huumori voi yhdistää erottaa yhteisön jäseniä. Tämä tutkimus kuvaa paljon huumoria tuottavien lasten eli hupailijoiden huumoria. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena kuvata käyttävien toimintaa varhaiskasvatusryhmän erilaisissa tilanteissa sitä, miten rakentuu ryhmässä muiden aikuisten kanssa. Tutkimus luonteeltaan etnografinen. aineisto koostuu 30 videotallenteesta, jotka kuvattu viidessä eri lapsiryhmässä joissa yhdeksän hupailijaa tuottaa erilaisia huumoritilanteita. tulokset osoittavat, hupailijat ovat huumorin tuottajina parhaimmillaan hupailija synnyttää positiivista ilmapiiriä yhteisöön, toimii käytön mallina muille tukee muita lapsia huumorikokeiluissa. Huumorille tilaa, kun aikuiset tunnistavat pedagogisesti huumoritilanteet, ymmärtävät vastavuoroisen luonteen antavat hupailijan tuottamalle huumorille mahdollisuuden.
